By downloading, installing, or using the RevFolio application ("App") or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RevFolio is a personal vehicle portfolio tracking application that allows users to monitor the estimated market value of their enthusiast vehicles using publicly available auction data. RevFolio is not a financial advisor, appraiser, or broker. All data is for informational purposes only.
RevFolio offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("RevFolio Premium") through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscription details including pricing, billing period, and included features are disclosed within the App prior to purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Free trials, if offered, begin at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All market data, valuations, comparables, and projections provided by RevFolio are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a professional appraisal. RevFolio makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm RevFolio or other users.
All content, design, and code within the RevFolio App and website are the property of RevFolio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevFolio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
